Background

Founder and president Sharon DeFelice formed Top Dog Outdoor Living Inc. in 2012 after serving as CEO and partner of Two Dogs Designs, Inc., a manufacturer of covers for outdoor living. During her 8-year tenure with Two Dogs, and through the deepening recession, she built revenues to $1.1 million, with accounts that included Home Depot, Sears, Walmart Canada, ACE Hardware, amazon.com, Meijer, and more.

Upon recognizing the outdoor living industry's lack of a full service outdoor living e-commerce product for consumers and hospitality professionals dealing in mid- and high-end products, she resigned from Two Dogs to address that need through the formation of Top Dog Outdoor Living Inc. Prior to Two Dogs Designs, DeFelice was owner and president of SRD Marketing Inc. a full service promotional products company. Over ten years, she brought in national business and government accounts and generated sales of more than $1 million.

Earlier in her career, DeFelice owned a direct mail franchise after being employed by Bank of America, lift Davis Publishing, ADP and other Fortune 500 companies in advertising, sales, and marketing.
